Happy Australia Day!

It’s already Thursday in Australia, and it's a national holiday.

On January 26, 1788, the First Fleet of 11 ships from Great Britain arrived in Sydney Harbour.  They started a settlement that grew into the country known today as Australia (aka Oz).

Remember that Down Under this time of year, it is summer.  To celebrate the day, Aussies head to the beach, throw some shrimp on the Barbie (have BBQ), play games and enjoy fireworks.

Sounds kinda like our 4th of July holiday.  G’day to our friends in Oz!
